We're looking for a Marketing Lead!

Can you help us to develop and roll out our marketing strategy for 2022 and beyond?

We help enterprises, big and small to keep cyber safe. We want to run more events, develop more content, up our social media game, and grow our marketing team. We have ambitious growth plans and we’re moving into new sectors and new geographical markets. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to support our growth.

  • Has a few years experience and would love to have the opportunity to take control of a marketing strategy for yourself
  • Can be our critical friend and tell us what we’re doing right, and more importantly, what we’re doing wrong
  • Has experience of working in tech marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy, demand generation plans, and content strategy
  • Develop a strong understanding of our business, our markets and approaches that will enable our campaigns to effectively reach and engage target audiences
  • Manage and provide regular reporting on marketing KPIs and budget.

This will include:

  • Create and/or manage the creation of impactful content and stories such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
  • Flawless execution against marketing and business development events, workshops and webinars
  • Drive growth by building and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • 3+ years marketing experience with B2B professional services, preferably in the technology or cyber security sector
  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs leveraging digital and traditional marketing techniques to drive revenue growth
  • Using your ROI-tracking skills to prove what is, or isn’t, working
  • Comfortable using marketing, collaboration and CRM tools such as Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Zoom, Canva, Hubspot
  • Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple projects, resources, budgets, and personnel
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to establish rapport and confidence with internal stakeholders and partners.

Desirable

  • Understanding of cyber security services and solutions, marketplace, and competitive landscape
  • Experience leading research-based content development
  • Familiarity with customer experience management
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification
  • Knowledge of marketing and event activity outside the UK
  • Experience of working in cyber security industry.

Salary

  • c£35-£40k based on experience

(Also bonus scheme tied to company and individual performance).
